Team Spotlight: Fatima Agin Regional Director, Franchise Support – East Region With nearly 20 years of experience in franchising, Fatima Agin brings a wealth of knowledge, energy, and passion to Ace Handyman Services. Since joining AHS in November 2019, she’s played a key role in our franchisee success — starting by onboarding over 120 new owners and now leading support for 126 franchisees across the East Region. Fatima leads with heart and hustle — so it’s only fitting that her incredible support team is nicknamed The Hustlers. Based in Colorado, Fatima balances her impactful work at AHS with an active family life — including her husband, two kids, two dogs, and her love for fitness. When she’s not supporting franchisees or cheering on her kids at sports events, you’ll find her teaching Zumba and HIIT classes at her local gym.
